Serendipity
The Story
Serendipity was never meant to exist. Discovered by chance during the making of Festival, it emerged when the fermentation naturally paused earlier than expected. As we tasted the partially fermented honey wine, we realised something extraordinary had revealed itself - a lighter-alcohol, vibrant, juice-like expression of honey wine unlike anything we had created before. Named for the joy of finding something wonderful by chance,Serendipity celebrates curiosity and the unexpected gifts that nature can provide. It is a reminder that sometimes the most memorable discoveries are the ones you never set out to find.
