Festival
The Story
Festival is named in honor of our roots at the Loxwood Joust, our annual medieval festival in West Sussex. Inspired by the event and the rich history and unique flavors of honey wine, Danny set out to create a drink that would captivate the adventurous wine lover.
Honey Rich
Nose & Palate
Enjoy the buzz of beeswax, fresh almonds, vanilla, and chamomile for the ultimate honey experience. Not too sweet, it hits that honey spot just right. Each sip adds layers to the honey goodness.
Cheese Board
Food Pairing
The marriage of fresh acidity and off-dry sweetness, expertly cutting through the richness whilst complementing the sweet accompaniments. Recommended cheeses include:
- Lincolnshire Poacher: Let the nuttiness of the cheese harmonise with the vanilla notes in the wine.
- Ragstone Goats: Experience the velvety consistency as it melts on your tongue, providing a creamy canvas for the floral, waxy honey.
- Baby Burt's Blue: Delight in the slightly sour taste of the blue cheese, a perfect companion to the sweetness and complexity of our honey wine.

Once opened, it's best to finish within a week for freshness. Use a stopper and keep it in the fridge to make it last longer. If it's open too long and not fresh anymore, don't throw it away! You can freeze it in an ice cube tray and use it for cooking!
